Cream Cheese Pound Cake

* Ingredients :

° 3 cups flour

° 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

° 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

° 1/2 teaspoon salt

° 2 eggs

° 4 egg whites

° 2 tsp vanilla

° 1 cup sour cream

° 10 tablespoons of butter at room temperature

° 2 cups sugar

* How to prepare:

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Grease the tray or the pan with butter and set it aside

In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder

In another bowl, beat the eggs and egg whites together well until they are completely mixed

Add vanilla and mix

In an electric mixer, mix together butter and sugar until you get a creamy mixture

Add the beaten eggs and mix

Add 1/3 cup of the dry ingredients mixture and mix well

Then add 1/2 cup of sour cream and mix

Add again 1/3 cup of flour, then 1/2 cup of sour cream and decide to alternate the process until the two amounts are finished

Pour the cake mixture into the mold

And bake in the oven for 55 minutes, or until the cake is completely cooked
