Chocolate wet cake stuffed with strawberries and condensed milk

INGREDIENTS :

– 3 cups of flour
– 1 cup of cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons baking soda
– ½ teaspoon salt
– 3 eggs
– 1 ½ cup of oil
– 1 ½ cup buttermilk
– 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
– 2 ½ cups sugar
– 2 cans condensed milk
– 200gr of strawberries, chopped
– 100gr butter
– 150gr milk powder

HOW TO MAKE IT :

1. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C.
2. Next, grease the mold and place butter paper on the bottom and flour.
3. Sift the flour together with the baking soda, salt and cocoa (cocoa powder) in a bowl and reserve.
4. Pick another bowl and mix in the eggs together with the oil, buttermilk, and vanilla.
5. When finished, add the dry ingredients in two batches and mix them with enveloping movements.
6. Then immediatelt add the sugar and mix well until integrated.
7. Place in the mold the dough and bake until a tester is inserted, it comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
8. Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then unmold on a rack and let them cool completely.
9. Chop the top and open a hole with a spoon.

#For the filling:

1. Melt in a pot the butter, add the condensed milk and the powdered milk, stirring well to form a homogeneous dough then add the chopped strawberries.
