Freeze them, wrap them, bake them as many times  as you\u2019d like to \u201cfreshen them up\u201d, top them with Ice Cream, OR keep  them on the counter for DAYS~ They\u2019re bullet proof! *The perfect adorable gift for the Holidays\u2026you can even pack these babies up and ship them anywhere you \u2018d like them to go~ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">Ingredients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>1 box of refrigerated Pie Crust..(I used the Pillsbury 2 pack)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 cup Blueberry (or any flavor) Pie Filling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 cup of sparkle\/decorative Sugar\u2026the pretty stuff! &nbsp;Regular is just fine too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 egg for egg wash..(1 egg, well beaten with a splash of water)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dusting of flour to slightly roll out the dough to make them even with each other\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a 3\u2033 round cookie cutter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">Directions:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Unroll both crusts and spread one of them with the Pie Filling\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> cut the other crust into 18 even strips, this will be the lattice <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Place 9 of the strips onto the Pie Filling and peel back every other  strip~ add the other 9 strips one at a time..weaving as you go, to form a  lattice top <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brush the lattice topped crust with some egg wash\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> And a generous sprinkling of Sugar <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Cut them out with your cookie cutter~ \u00a0any cutter you\u2019d like will work. \u00a0I like the 3\u2033 round for a substantial pie-like cookie <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Using a spatula to transfer them, place them gently onto a sheet pan (I  DIDN\u2019T GREASE MY PAN) \u00a0~Bake them at 350 degrees for approx, 12 minutes.  \u00a0You just want them golden so keep an eye on them <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let them cool and take a moment to enjoy their beauty and say \u201cAhhh~Wowww~Oooo~!<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What I\u2019ve discovered about these Pie Cookies, is that you can treat them JUST like regular Pie!
