These green beans are filled with flavor, vegan,<br>\nwhich ensures that they are also dairy-free, gluten-free, low-carbon, keto,<br>\nand Whole30 complaints!<br>\nNow, these can be cooked over the stovetop, but because I&#8217;ve discovered<br>\nthe Pressure Cooker process, that&#8217;s the only way I&#8217;ll cook my green beans<br>\nfrom now onwards! Cooking them in the Instant Pot ensures that I don&#8217;t<br>\nhave to control the beans; I can leave the kitchen when the greens are<br>\ncooked, and every time they turn out to be perfect!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>From Ayurvedic Point of View:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayurveda considers onion and garlic more than food. As a result, onions<br>\nand garlic are known as blood purifiers in Ayurveda. While garlic has<br>\ncuring properties, onions have cooling properties and are a perfect summer<br>\nsnack. Onions are sweet in flavor and help promote better digestion.<br>\nFor vegetarians, beans , dals, and lentils are an essential source of<br>\nnutrition\u2014protein, complex carbohydrates, fiber, and vitamins. As<br>\nversatile as they are tasty, dals and lentils are used to make salads,<br>\nappetizers, soups, main dishes, side dishes, and desserts, too. They fit<br>\nwell with other foods, such as grain, vegetables, herbs, and spices.<br>\nAccording to Ayurveda, nuts of all sorts in moderation, nut milk and nut<br>\nbutter ; almond, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds are excellent for pacifying<br>\nVata. In moderation, blanched and peeled almonds and coconuts are fine<br>\nfor Pitta, as are sunflower and pumpkin seeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servings: 6<br>\nTime to Prepare: 10 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">Ingredients:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>1 lb (500 grams) green beans<\/li><li>1\/3 cup vegetable stock<\/li><li>1 tbsp. butter ( prefer sunflower butter)<\/li><li>2 cloves garlic (crushed)<\/li><li>1\/2 tsp. sea salt flakes<\/li><li>1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">Instructions:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Wash the ends of the green beans and trim them. Add them to<br>\nthe Instant Pot with the butter, garlic, salt, and stock.<\/li><li>Cover the Pot with the lid and make sure the valve is in Sealing<br>\nposition.<\/li><li>Select Manual or Pressure Cooker at High Pressure and cook for<br>\n1 minute. Enable the Instant Pot to be pressurized and cook for<br>\n1 minute (or 0 minutes if you want it to be crunchier).<\/li><li>Release the steam quickly when the cooking is over.
