According to<br>\nAyurveda, breakfast is often called &#8216;Nyahari,&#8217; pronounced &#8216;Nyaa-Haree.&#8217; It<br>\nimplies consuming something nutritious once you begin the day. Sweet<br>\nPotato maintains the metabolism strong all day long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servings: 6<br>\nTime to prepare: 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">Ingredients:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cup black beans<br>\n1\/4 cup celery (chopped)<br>\n1 tbsp. olive oil<br>\n2 cloves garlic<br>\n1 onion (chopped)<br>\n1 tsp. smoked paprika or cayenne (don\u2019t bother if you like less<br>\nspice)<br>\nsalt as per taste<br>\n1 red bell pepper (chopped)<br>\n2 sweet potatoes (diced)<br>\n1 tsp. cumin<br>\n1\/2 cup quinoa (uncooked)<br>\n2 cups diced tomatoes (fire Roasted would be nice)<br>\n2 tbsp. tomato paste<br>\n2 cups vegetable broth or water<br>\n1\/2 chopped jalapeno (optional)<br>\n1 tsp. cinnamon (optional)<br>\n1 tsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened) (optional)<br>\n1 cup frozen corn (optional)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Toppings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avocados<br>\nCheddar cheese<br>\nSour cream or Greek yogurt<br>\nLime<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color\">Instructions:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Select the Saut\u00e9 settings and heat the Instant Pot. Add the oil<br>\nand let it heat up.<\/li><li>Add the onion and the pepper. Cook until the onions turn<br>\ntranslucent.<\/li><li>Add the vegetable broth and deglaze any caramelized pieces<br>\nstuck in the Pot. This is necessary in order to prevent a<br>\nburn message.<\/li><li>To this add- quinoa, cooked beans, diced tomatoes, tomato<br>\npaste, sweet potatoes, smoked paprika, and salt. If<br>\navailable also add-jalapeno, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and<br>\nfrozen corn.<\/li><li>Cancel Saut\u00e9. Choose the Pressure Cook on High for 10 minutes<br>\nwith the valve in the sealed spot.<\/li><li>Allow the pressure to escape naturally.
