NO BAKE CHOCOLATE LASAGNA

No bake chocolate lasagna -layers of crushed oreos, cream, chocolate pudding and chocolate chips! Does it get any better than that?!
I love chocolate! There’s no denying that. The funny thing is… ever since I’ve moved to Ohio, I haven’t been able to find anyone who likes chocolate. All my friends here don’t like it! What?! Yeah I know…they’re crazy! But I still love them. I know you guys like chocolate, so I’m excited to share this recipe with you. It was so unbelievably easy to make and absolutely delicious! Each layer in this chocolate lasagna is just heavenly. It almost reminds of my oreo ice cream cake and the chocolate lasagna from Olive Garden but in my opinion, better!
This recipe is definitely a must try for all you chocolate lovers out there!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg regular oreos, about 36
  • 6 tbsp unsalted sweet cream butter, melted
  • 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 3 1/4 C whole milk
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 1 container of cool whip, 12 oz
  • 2 4 oz package of instant chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 C mini chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Using a blender or a rolling pill and zip lock bag, crush the oreos into fine crumbs
  2. Using a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter and mix until combined
  3. Press the cookie crumbs into a 9×13 baking dish and set aside
  4. Using a medium bowl and mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth
  5. Mix in the 2 tbsp milk and sugar until combined
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cookie layer and place into the fridge for 15 minutes
  7. While the dish is in the fridge, using a large bowl combine the pudding mix and 3 1/4 C milk and beat with a mixer or whisk until it starts to thicken
  8. Once the pudding is thick, remove dish from fridge and spread the pudding onto the cream cheese layer
  9. Place back into the fridge for another hour to set
  10. Once the hour is up, spread the cool whip onto the top of the pudding layer and sprinkle with chocolate chips
  11. Cover the dish with foil or plastic wrap and place into the freezer for 1 hour before slicing and enjoying!
