Ingredients:
1lb Center Cut Sirolin Boneless Steak (cut into bite sized pieces)
HibachiSauce:
1 C Soy Sauce
1 T Mirin
1/2 T Sesame Oil
1 T Ginger (finely minced)
1 tsp Sugar
FriedRice:
3 C White Rice (cooked, let air dry for 20 mins after preparing)
1/2 C Frozen Peas
1/ C Carrots or fresh cut
1/4 C Green Onion (Chopped)
1/2 C Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
1 T Canola or Vegetable Oil
Directions:
- In a large skillet add oil over High heat.
- Cook steak until browned about 6-8 mins. Mix Hibachi Sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over steak, tossing to coat. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
- Next, add peas and carrots to pan. Cook for for 2 mins. Stirring.
- Add rice. Stir. After one min make an opening in the center of the rice to add eggs.
- In a separate bowl, mix eggs together. Pour into center of pan. Let set for 30 seconds then lightly begin to scramble. When eggs become firm, stir all ingredients together.
- Add soy sauce slowly and continue to stir until fully blended and fried.
- Last add Steak. Cook & toss another 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook or your rice will be soggy. Add green onion and continue to cook for 1 min.
