Hibachi Steak Fried Rice

Ingredients:

1lb Center Cut Sirolin Boneless Steak (cut into bite sized pieces)

HibachiSauce:

1 C Soy Sauce
1 T Mirin
1/2 T Sesame Oil
1 T Ginger (finely minced)
1 tsp Sugar

FriedRice:

3 C White Rice (cooked, let air dry for 20 mins after preparing)
1/2 C Frozen Peas
1/ C Carrots or fresh cut
1/4 C Green Onion (Chopped)
1/2 C Soy Sauce
2 Eggs
1 T Canola or Vegetable Oil

Directions:
  1. In a large skillet add oil over High heat.
  2. Cook steak until browned about 6-8 mins. Mix Hibachi Sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over steak, tossing to coat. Pour into a bowl and set aside.
  3. Next, add peas and carrots to pan. Cook for for 2 mins. Stirring.
  4. Add rice. Stir. After one min make an opening in the center of the rice to add eggs.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix eggs together. Pour into center of pan. Let set for 30 seconds then lightly begin to scramble. When eggs become firm, stir all ingredients together.
  6. Add soy sauce slowly and continue to stir until fully blended and fried.
  7. Last add Steak. Cook & toss another 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook or your rice will be soggy. Add green onion and continue to cook for 1 min.

Serve hot… See, no seasoning needed. The soy sauce is your seasoning! Enjoy!
